To whom it may concern:
This letter will serve as my personal
recommendation for Second Wave as a company
to do business with. I am totally satisfied
with the services they perform for me
about my web page. Specifically, the people
I have worked with for the past year and
a half or so, Jeff Fischbach and Ronit
Vardi, have done an excellent job with
the design, layout and maintenance of
my web page. I wanted something fairly
simple but very clear to my customers.
Right from the very beginning, they instituted
the process of getting me connected to
take credit cards, and they did this process
very quickly. Any time I have changes,
whether it is minor or major, the turnaround
time is excellent depending on the request
I make and how busy they are at the time.
This is especially important because I
am in the southeast area and they are
on the west coast. I try to keep in mind
that Second Wave has many clients to satisfy,
so I do not want to be demanding or unreasonable
with my requests. However, when I feel
that I need to have something done on
my web page quickly, it's done quite quickly
and to my ultimate satisfaction.
I want to add that I think their fees
are very reasonable and fair, as far as
my business is concerned. They
have been up front and very fair with
me regarding any costs or problems
that may be incurred.
Thus, I have no
hesitation or qualms about recommending
Second Wave to anyone, company
or individual. Their services have been
exceptional and I am fully satisfied.
